Returns & Exchanges
To start a return or exchange, simply click our RETURNS PORTAL HERE
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our policy, we'll process it within 2-3 business days. If there's any issue, we'll reach out for your instructions.
You'll need to cover return shipping unless the item is faulty, or you'd like an exchange or store credit. In these cases, we'll also cover shipping.
Please note, if your order qualified for free Express Shipping and you decide to return for a refund, this shipping charge will also be deducted from your refund.
If you used AfterPay, they'll email you about your account changes. We'll email you when your refund is processed.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEM?
We pride ourselves on the quality of our clothing and all items go through quality control, but if a fault slips through, we're sorry. Please contact us at hello@luciathelabel.com.au with a photo of the fault. We will refund or exchange and cover all postage costs.
