Our Story

Lucia started as an idea I couldn't shake. Everywhere I looked, sleepwear was either boring or covered in novelty prints that felt gimmicky and cheap.

I wanted something different – beautiful, standout pieces in styles that made you feel special the moment you put them on. That same feeling you get from a new dress you love.

In 2020 I took the leap, and I haven't looked back since.

What started with boho prints has expanded into a beautiful collection of prints you'll love – from florals and polka dots to stripes and resort-ready designs. But our obsession with quality and the finer details is still at the heart of everything we do.

Today I have a small team behind me who care about every detail as much as I do.

Every piece we design is still made the same way it always has been. The prints come first, because boring sleepwear was never an option. Then comes the fabric – soft, breathable and gentle on your skin. The drape. The fit. The labels that never scratch. The drawstrings that never disappear in the wash.

Each piece is handcrafted by our dedicated sewing team in Bali, who take care in every stitch, every seam and every finish. Knowing our pieces are made by people who care as much as we do matters to us – it's part of what makes every Lucia piece special.

Before any style goes into production, we wear it ourselves. Sleep in it. Live in it. Only when we love it ourselves does it earn the Lucia name.

Because we're not just the women who design it. We're the women who wear it every night.
