Lucia the Label uses Australia Post and ships from Brisbane. Here are your shipping options:

Domestic Shipping:

• Free Express Shipping for orders over $150 AUD.
• For orders under $150 AUD, Standard Shipping costs $8.95 and Express Shipping costs $13.95.

International Shipping:

• New Zealand: Standard Shipping $15, Express Shipping $25.
• United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Singapore: Standard Shipping $25, Express Shipping $35.

Note: For other destinations, please get in touch at hello@luciathelabel.com.au. Custom duties and taxes may apply once your order reaches your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

All costs, products and shipping, are billed in Australian Dollars.

Dispatch Times:

• Orders placed by 1 pm AEST on a business day will be shipped the same day.
• Orders received after 1 pm will be dispatched the next business day.
