Shipping
When will my order be shipped?

We ship fast. Order before 1pm AEST and your parcel goes out the same day — after that, it's on its way the next business day. We'll keep you in the loop with a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking number once it's shipped.

Every order leaves us in a 100% biodegradable satchel that can be reused or composted at home in 3–6 months.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days across Australia. Express post is also available, with most orders arriving in 1–2 business days depending on where you are.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes! Express post is available at checkout and typically arrives in 1–2 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. We're working on expanding — stay tuned!

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel directly through the Australia Post website.

Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Absolutely. We know online shopping means you can't always touch and feel before you buy, so we want to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible. Simply submit your request through our online returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order — just make sure your item is unworn, unwashed and has its swing tag attached.

Once received and approved, we'll take care of everything within 2 business days. Unless your item is faulty, return shipping is at your cost — and please use tracked shipping so nothing gets lost on its way back to us.

Paid via Afterpay? They'll be in touch directly to outline any account changes, and we'll notify you as soon as your refund is processed.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do. Just head to our online returns portal, send back your original item and we'll take care of the rest — including the shipping back to you.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

We're so sorry if this happens — it's not the Lucia standard. Please contact us straight away at hello@luciathelabel.com.au or via online chat and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

We process orders quickly, so please get in touch as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancellation. Contact us via online chat or at hello@luciathelabel.com.au and we'll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.

Sizing & Fit
Do your pyjamas run true to size?

Yes, our pyjamas run true to size. Detailed sizing information is available on each product page to help you find your perfect fit.

What if my size is sold out?

Sign up to our email list or follow us on Instagram to be the first to know about restocks and new arrivals. You can also reach out to us at hello@luciathelabel.com.au and we'll let you know if a restock is planned.

Product Care
How do I care for my pyjamas?

To keep your Lucia sets looking and feeling their best, we recommend a cold, gentle machine wash, hung to dry in the shade. If needed, a gentle iron or steam will keep them looking beautiful. Avoid the dryer to preserve the fabric and print.

Will the fabric shrink in the wash?

All our fabrics are pre-washed before production, so as long as you follow our care instructions, you won't have any issues with shrinkage.

What fabrics do you use?

At Lucia we use only 100% natural fibres — no synthetics, ever. Our sets are made from lightweight cotton, cotton seersucker and cool, silky rayon. Each fabric is chosen specifically for how it feels against your skin — soft, breathable and gentle all night long. For more detail, visit our Our Fabrics page.

Why do you choose rayon for your sleepwear?

Rayon is one of the best fabrics for sleepwear — soft, lightweight and cool against the skin. It's a plant-derived fibre that breathes beautifully, making it ideal for warm sleepers or anyone who wants that barely-there feel.

It's worth knowing that bamboo fabric and rayon are both plant-derived fibres made using the same process — bamboo is simply the plant the fibres come from. Same process, same qualities, same beautiful feel against your skin.

Is your sleepwear suitable for hot sleepers?

Absolutely. All Lucia sets are made from natural, breathable fibres — lightweight cotton and rayon — chosen specifically for how they feel on warm nights. Read our full guide on the best sleepwear for hot sleepers.

Where is your sleepwear made?

Our sets are handcrafted by skilled artisans in Bali, where we've been producing ethically and in small batches since 2020. Read more about our story on our Our Story page.

Payment & Gifting
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Afterpay — so you can buy now and pay later if you prefer.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards are available here and make the perfect present for anyone who deserves a little luxury at bedtime.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We don't offer gift wrapping as standard, but if you have a special request please get in touch at hello@luciathelabel.com.au and we'll do our best to help.

Do you have a physical store?

We're online only for now, which means we can bring Lucia to women all across Australia and New Zealand. Shop our full collection at luciathelabel.com.au.

How do I know when new arrivals drop?

The best ways to stay in the loop are to join our email list or follow us on Instagram and Facebook. Our new arrivals go fast, so it pays to be first!

Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?

We don't have a formal loyalty program just yet, but our email subscribers are always the first to hear about new arrivals, restocks and exclusive offers. Sign up here.

Do you wholesale?

At this stage we're not offering wholesale.
